Laura Wright 
Catalina de los Rios y Lisperger (1604-1665) is a woman of infamy in Chile. She was a noblewoman, noted for her flaming red hair. Throughout her reign of cruelty and terror, she abused and murdered countless numbers. She was a wealthy landowner and not only killed her tenants, she tortured them in some of the vilest ways.
She was accused and tried for over 40 murders, but her precise victim count has been lost to history. She died at the age of 60.
