William T. Stead was one of those killed when the Titanic went down. The English editor and scientist was a firm believer in the spirit world. In 1913, it was revealed that his daughter, Estelle Wilson Stead, was regularly receiving messages from the afterlife.
She began receiving the initial messages just 3 weeks after the disaster. She was not only able to communicate, she learned the details of the disaster from his perspective.
