In 1915, one of the prettiest bungalows in California sat on Pasadena Avenue, in Los Angeles, California. Unfortunately, it was also haunted. The former owner was Dr. Mills. The spiritualist returned home, after he died aboard the Titanic.
Dr. Mills was said to drive tenants away by pounding on the walls. The landlord was skeptical until he stayed there two nights. He then ordered it demolished so he could rebuild a new home.
